A Simple Way to Get Rid of Arm Jiggle
Does the thought of wearing tank tops and bathing suits this summer make you cringe because you don’t want to expose your flabby arms? If so, you’re not alone.
The underside of the upper arms is a problem area for many women. But the simple exercise shown in this video helps tighten and tone the tricep muscles in the back of your arms so there’s less jiggle. All it takes is a few minutes a day to keep your arms more toned. You can do this move at any time and any where—even right at your desk.
Start doing this exercise now so you can wear tank tops and bathing suits with confidence this summer:
- While standing, lift one arm and bend it 60 degrees at the elbow. Make your hand into a fist at your hip.
- Extend your hand behind you, keeping the elbow in place, and then return your hand back to hip. Keep your elbow elevated and straight during the full motion.
- Do 10-12 reps with each arm.
- To increase resistance, hold a weight in your hand while performing the exercise.
